Aircraft Care & Preservation
A long-term, relationship-based approach to aircraft detailing, protection, and ramp presence. Instead of calling around every time your airplane needs attention, you have a known standard — and a crew that already knows your aircraft.
What Aircraft Care Is
Aircraft Care is a planned, relationship-based program consisting of three to four total visits per year, including an initial foundation visit. We establish a protected baseline first, then preserve it through scheduled follow-up care — keeping the aircraft consistently clean, protected, and presentation-ready without starting over each time.
A real standard (not a one-off)
You’re not starting from scratch each time. We build protection first, then maintain it. That means less aggressive cleaning, better preservation, and a consistently better look year-round.
Designed for owners who:
- Care about long-term finishes and resale preservation
- Prefer planned service over reactive calls
- Want consistent ramp-ready presentation
- Value a familiar, trusted crew around their aircraft
Stage One: The Foundation
Stage One is the most comprehensive visit your aircraft will receive. This is where we remove buildup, correct neglect, and apply protection so future care stays preservation-focused.
Exterior Detail & Preparation
- Aviation-approved wash (safe methods)
- Water spot & mineral deposit removal
- Oxidation reduction & paint decontamination (as applicable)
- Bug, exhaust, and carbon removal
- Belly degreasing (high-contamination areas)
- Brightwork cleaning/polishing (as applicable)
Reactive Polymer Protection
A reactive polymer coating is applied to painted surfaces, bonding to create a sacrificial protective layer. It increases gloss, reduces surface tension, and helps contamination release easier during future visits.
Result: more shine • less sticking • less scrubbing
Interior Detail & Conditioning
- Carpet and upholstery deep cleaning
- Leather cleaning and conditioning (as applicable)
- Panels, plastics, trim, and touch-point detailing
- Interior refresh + spot treatment
From that point forward, the aircraft is maintained — not reset.
Ongoing Care Visits
After the initial Stage One foundation visit, Aircraft Care includes two to three follow-up care visits throughout the year. These visits focus on preservation rather than heavy correction — keeping the aircraft ramp-ready without resetting the condition each time.
Exterior Care Visits
- Polymer-safe exterior washing
- Bug and exhaust removal before staining
- Leading-edge focus and high-wear areas
- Spot treatment for mineral deposits as needed
- Ramp-ready presentation before/after trips
Interior Care Visits
- Maintenance cleaning for carpet/upholstery
- Leather wipe-downs and re-conditioning
- Cabin surface refresh and spot treatment
- Touch-point detailing (handles, trim, high-use areas)
Ramp Presence & Priority Access
Ramp realities don’t wait for a calendar. Aircraft Care clients are placed on a priority care list for faster access outside scheduled visits — subject to availability.
Common priority scenarios
- Bird strike cleanup / insect contamination
- Weather exposure (rain, snow, coastal salt air)
- Belly grease, exhaust, and fluid buildup
- Pre-trip and post-trip appearance needs
These are not part of the standard schedule. Care clients receive preferred service terms and priority response compared to one-off requests.
Preservation over time
- Protection applied with long-term outcomes in mind
- Coatings, finishes, and materials maintained — not rushed
- Appearance stays stable across seasons and usage
Aircraft Care Pricing Ranges
Pricing reflects the depth of the Stage One initial detail, aircraft size/complexity, and the number of planned care visits throughout the year. The care is priced based on the work required to clean, protect, and maintain the aircraft — not market value. Final pricing is confirmed after an initial evaluation. Programs typically include three to four total visits annually.
